Welcome to the Felix Psychology booking portal where you can easily book, reschedule, cancel, and pay for sessions all in one place, making it simple to manage your appointments at any time.
Payment is optional when scheduling an appointment, and you’re welcome to pay at the time of your appointment if you prefer. Please note that 'Book Now' can be selected below the payment prompt to continue without making payment at the time of your session.
When booking, you can also select “Add Notes” to share any relevant details—such as requesting a Telehealth session, including NDIS plan management information, or noting anything else you’d like your psychologist to know in advance.
We currently have availability for new individual and couples therapy clients aged 18 years and over.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Any Medicare or private health rebates will be available after attending your initial session. If your initial session is rescheduled, the payment will applied to the new session time. For cancellations with less than 24 hours of unattended initial sessions, an $80 cancellation fee will apply.
