Important Information for New Clients
Referral Policy: We do not accept third-party funding sources, including NDIS, Workcover, and DVA. Any clients with wishing to have their sessions paid for by a third party will need to pay for all sessions upfront and claim a reimbursement for other third party themselves. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Therapy Commitment: New clients are asked to commit to weekly or fortnightly sessions for the first 6 sessions to ensure consistency and effective therapy. After this period, you and your therapist can decide on the frequency of future sessions.
Cancellation Policy:Full fee charged if less than 48 hours' notice is given. 50% fee charged if cancellation is made between 48 hours and 1 week prior.
