IMPORTANT INFORMATION RE BOOKING
All initial appointments require a non-refundable full-fee deposit. If you need to reschedule your initial appointment, you will forfeit your deposit (please contact us if there are extenuating circumstances such as illness).
If you select a business hours service but choose an after-hours time (after 5pm on weekdays on any time on Saturdays) - an additional $25 will be owing.
All in office appointments can be used for telehealth appointments, just put telehealth in the notes
NDIS PLAN MANAGED CLIENTS
For NDIS plan-managed clients, please include your Plan Manager company and their email address in the comments section (this is a requirement for booking)
