To process the Initial Holding/ Security Fee, select the following:
Book appointment > Location > Initial Holding/ Security Fee for Therapy services > ADMIN > Select Any Date and Time.
Once the Initial Holding/ Security Fee is initiated, you will receive a welcome email from our admin staff detailing information about your booking and a service agreement. Please read and complete the service agreement prior to your initial appointment.
Please note: The selected date and time are for booking purposes only. The fee will be transferred to your account.
