Evolve Psychology is the central hub for our team of Psychologists in Forest Glen on the Sunshine Coast.
You are booking with your regular Psychologist. Currently, online booking with Omar and Jacqui is not available. Any issues with availability please contact us.
If you are a new client to Evolve you will have the option to book with Angela. If you are looking to book with another Psychologist, please contact us.
If you need to add details to your booking such as type of insurance or Telehealth you can add NOTES to your booking in the confirmation page or contact us prior to your session.
PLEASE NOTE IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NEW CLIENTS: If you are a new client wanting to claim through Medicare, NDIS, DVA or other insurance you will need to contact us to organise all the paperwork prior to your appointment.
This could take 2-5 business days so please allow time for this.
All Medicare and DVA claims require a GP referral (even white and gold card DVA).
We can accept plan-managed and self-managed NDIS clients however a service agreement must be signed prior to or at your first appointment.
We do not provide Medicare bulk billing (free).
