Welcome to E-ADHD, your online only and digital only portal, seamlessly connecting you with a Consultant Physician and Special Interest GP for ADHD Medication Management.
E-ADHD is currently for people between 6 and 18 years of age, with an ADHD diagnosis.
If you are a first-time client, please book E-ADHD Medication Assessment, a 45-minute Telehealth appointment with a Consultant Physician.
For all subsequent appointments, please book the E-ADHD Medication Recommendation, a 20-minute Telehealth appointment with a Consultant Physician.
E-ADHD also offers Special Interest GP consultation for Natural Therapeutics and ADHD medication.
So that we can provide you with personalised care, prior to your appointment you will complete the E-ADHD Medication Management Tool (an online link will be provided to you upon Booking). The Tool requires you to upload a number of PDF documents:
A GP referral to E-ADHD for ongoing ADHD Medication Management Recommendation. GP referrals remain valid for 12 months.
A copy of a diagnostic letter or report from a medical doctor or clinical psychologist that confirms your diagnosis of ADHD.
At your telehealth appointment your E-ADHD doctor will meet with you to provide a personalised, expert ADHD Medication recommendation that will be sent to you, and your referring GP, via email.
Initially, our Consultant Physician will prescribe and stabilise medication. GP shared care will then be arranged for ongoing prescription and to provide information and education to you regarding the medication and any possible side effects/adverse effects, and review and monitor you for these.
In between E-ADHD appointments, you will communicate with your GP if you have questions or concerns about the medication.
You can continue to book E-ADHD appointments at any time you, or your GP, believe you need a medication recommendation review.
