Instructions for Registering and Booking appointments:
Step 1 - Complete all Intake forms. - After you have registered you will receive an email to complete all intake details (links are provided to each of the forms and will open in a new tab).
Step 2 - Book appointments via the portal
NOTE:
- Existing clients when registering please use the name, email and phone number already provided to the clinic.
- NO appointments can be CONFIRMED without all fields completed.
- A future appointments email will be sent - this is your confirmation of appointments made.
- 50% non refundable Deposit is required at the time of booking for All Initial Bookings.
- Service Fees as at 1/11/25 will be $258.00 for all 50 minutes Sessions.
