πŸ’³ Deposit Policy

All bookings require a deposit, held until your final session.

❌ Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: deposit is non-refundable.

πŸ’° If you choose not to proceed before your first session, you may request a refund (a $1.50 Stripe fee applies).
πŸ’° If you made on wrong date, you can cancel and rebook with 'Reschedule appointment' on service list without paying another deposit.

If booking with a Gift Voucher or rescheduling after paying a deposit, please select the correct option (Gift Voucher Booking / Reschedule Booking) from the service menu.

πŸ“Œ Before Booking

1. Booking for someone else (e.g. partner or husband):
Please register under their name so the consent form goes to the right person. Or call us directly on 0486 008 756.
If it is for an existing client please log-in with their name and complete booking.

2. New Clients (including one-off / travelling clients):
A health & consent form is required by QLD Health policy to ensure safe and appropriate treatment.

3. Lymphatic Drainage Clients:
If appointments are fully booked, please text Layla on 0486 008 756. You will be added to the waitlist and contacted if a spot opens.

4. Additional Notes:
Use the β€˜Add Note’ button on the booking review page if there is anything important we should know (e.g. referral letter, scan results).
