A few things to note when booking with us online:
1) A non-refundable deposit ($40) will be required to complete your booking, this will come off your total appointment fee. It covers the behind the scenes work your booking requires.
2) We can transfer your deposit to a new appointment time - if you notify us by 9am the Friday prior to your scheduled appointment. You can notify us by return reply to your booking confirmation email.
3) The remainder of your appointment cost can be paid to the dietitian on the day of your appointment via debit/credit card. An invoice for bank transfer can be arranged if needed.
4) If you are booking on behalf of someone else, please use their details when making the booking.
5) Once booked you’ll receive an email with confirmation of your appointment. Please follow the link in the email to complete an initial client form prior to your appointment.
