If you have not seen the dietitian for over 12-18months, then a 1-hour initial consult is recommended for a complete nutritional assessment and review.
We can provide you with a receipt for claiming via Medicare/Private health Insurance at time of consult. If you have a EPC referral from your GP, please bring along, so rebate can be issued.
If you require a Telehealth/phone consult, please document in the 'Add Notes' when booking. If you would like to add your reason for booking, please also document in 'Add Notes' section.

All consults include a thorough nutritional assessment, body composition analysis, meal plans and recipes as required, as well as recommendations to help you improve your diet and nutritional intake booking. PAYMENT: 50 - 80% is charged on booking. The balance will be charged at time of consult.
