IF YOU ARE IN CRISIS WeMind Psychology is a small privately run practice. Thus, we are
unable to provide crisis support or support out of hours given our small size and resources.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING POLICY If for some reason you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, please give at least 48 business hours’ notice, otherwise you will be charged the cost of the session. All No Shows to an appointment will also incur the same fee. This charge cannot be claimed through Medicare or your Private Health fund and will need to be paid on or before your next visit.
FEES The fee for the service is $245. Full fee payment will be required when making the online appointment. If you cancel or reschedule the appointment within the 48 business' hours prior to the appointment (weekends not included), the amount will be returned to you minus the payment processing fee.
The fee is payable via bank transfer, credit card or cash. If you are eligible Medicare rebate will be processed after the session.
