If you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms we will be unable to facilitate your session face-to-face. Where appropriate we will be more than happy to facilitate sessions via video-link or over the telephone in these cases. Please contact us if you become unwell in the lead up to your appointment.
If you can no longer attend the appointment, please cancel or reschedule through the client portal. Please note a fee of $80 will apply if you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment. Additionally, payment of the full fee may apply for less than 2 hours notice or failure to attend your appointment.
