Online sessions via Zoom or Telehealth, as well as Phone sessions must be paid for in full by self-funded clients prior to session commencing. This can be done using either of two methods:
1.Credit Card in the Client Portal -Click on My Invoices and select Pay Now button on Invoice.
2. Direct bank transfer - Click on My Invoices and select Download button. Open Invoice and Bank Details are printed down the bottom. PLEASE include your Invoice Number in transfer description.(If this is not included your payment cannot be verified)
New NDIS clients using the online booking system - please complete the intake form that all clients are emailed after making your booking, and answer the NDIS question.
Please Note: As yet Counsellors do not have access to our Medicare system so no rebates apply to fees.
