Where is my Appointment?
Your appointment has been made with OT Jess at The Work Well Paddington Clinic where you will be greeted by a receptionist who works at the clinic. The address is 180 Latrobe Terrace, Paddington QLD 4064 but please don't hesitate to reach out via phone on 0452 614 419 to the Be Well OT Admin Team for any concerns.
Please arrive 10 minutes early in case you need to provide any additional information ahead of your appointment. The specific skills, background and qualifications of your clinician can be viewed on our website - https://bewellot.com.au/

Booking Appointments Online:
If you choose to book future sessions online, once you have received your login - click 'Book Appointments':
Earliest time clients can make new appointments is two weeks ahead
How far in advance clients can make appointments is four weeks ahead
You can view all your appointments by clicking on 'My appointments' to see future and past appointments. You will also have access to all your paid and unpaid invoices by clicking on 'My Invoices'.

Cancellation Policy:
In line with Be Well OT recommended Cancellation Guidelines (please see T&C's form signed to your initial appointment), our cancellation policy is as follows:
48 hours - If cancelled between 24-48 hours, 90% of the fee applies
If you fail to arrive to your session, the full session fee will apply.
