NOTES:
- We recommend that new clients book a Dietetics assessment first, as our psychology team rely on details from the dietetic assessment in determining suitability for outpatient treatment. (You can book your first psychology appt also, as soon as the day after your first dietitian appt).
- If you're after FEEDING THERAPY, please book a Dietetic appt, and write 'feeding therapy' in the appt notes.
- After booking, you'll receive an automatic confirmation email. The next business day, our team may send additional forms, incl relevant questionnaires. If you have a referral, you can email it to us by replying to our confirmation email.
- Intake and consent forms must be completed at least 2 days before your first appt.
- New client online bookings require a deposit at time of booking, subject to our cancellation policy below.
- After hours appts incur a $20 surcharge (outside M-F 9-5)
* CURRENT CLIENTS- Rebooking * As a busy specialist practice, we ask all clients to book 12 WEEKS AHEAD, so we know what capacity we have to see new clients, and you have continuity with your support. Before rebooking, you can view your list of existing appointments. Can't book the day or week you want? Please call or email us, and ask to be on the cancellation list for that time.
* CURRENT CLIENTS- Pensioners * If you currently receive pension rates/ use NDIS funding etc, please select the 'Returning Client' service for your clinician, and we'll fix up your service type when we receive your booking notification.
