FEES & PAYMENT
The fee for an Initial Psychology Appointment is $270.00, which remains consistent for subsequent appointments. This fee applies to both business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) and extended hours (Monday to Friday, before 9:00 AM and after 5:00 PM, as well as Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Payments can be made prior to your appointment or will be charged on the day of your appointment via the secure Direct Debit payment platform, Go Cardless.
CHANGES TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
48 hours' notice in business days is required to change or cancel appointments as noted within our intake forms and detailed in our
cancellation policy. To make changes to an appointment, please either utilise the Client Portal (if more than 48 hours’ notice on business days prior to your appointment) OR email admin@authenticselfpsychology.com.au.
