Step 3: Create an account using the details we have on record for you. Please make sure to enter them exactly as you did on the intake form, including your email and mobile number. Step 4: You will receive a verification code via email. Please allow up to 5 minutes for the email to arrive. Step 5: Follow the prompts, and you’ll be all set to book and manage your appointments as well as view upcoming availability. Step 6: Start making appointments!
