To ensure you select the correct appointment type, please refer to the descriptions below:
1. New Patient / Long Consult
For a new patient or over 18 months since their last visit.
2. Returning Patient with New Issue
For new cases over 6 months since last visit, or a new problem that needs new assessment or examination.
3. Follow-Up Treatment
Within 3 months since last visit and no examination needed.
If your pet is new, please write in the NOTE section your Dog’s name - breed - age and the summary of the concern.
If you’re planning to bring more than 1 dog, please give us a call after booking the spot.
