48-hour cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy exists to ensure exceptional care by freeing up time for others and providing you with optimal rescheduling options. If you need to cancel or change your scheduled appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations less than 48 hours from the scheduled time or no shows will result in a fee equal to the full service amount. Please note insurance does not cover cancellation fees, and the fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
Our intent is that no one be charged for missed a session.
This is why we strive to develop proactive partnerships that result in peace of mind and unmatched service for you. In the event you are unable to make a face to face session, the option to switch to an online video session is available without charge.
