Welcome to Affirming Connections. To make a booking, please find an available day and time that suits you and follow the prompts. Please note that 30-minute sessions are for existing clients only. Remember to use the name of the NDIS participant to make bookings.
If this is your first appointment with Affirming Connections, please ensure you have completed both the NDIS Service Agreement and any forms relevant to your service before your first appointment. The links to the NDIS Service Agreement and these forms will be emailed once you make a booking.
