PLEASE NOTE:
- Telehealth appointments are offered Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
- Face-to-face appointments in the Belmont Counselling Rooms in Belmont are offered on Thursdays.
- You can choose to combine Telehealth with face-to-face appointments at your convenience.
- As both face-to-face and Telehealth appointments can be booked on Thursdays, please enter a note at time of booking saying whether you will be attending via face-to-face or via Telehealth.
Cancellations will incur the following costs*:
- Less than 24 business hours (i.e., excluding weekends) notice prior to scheduled appointment = 100% consultation fee (e.g., a 9:30am Monday appointment cancelled after 9:30am the Friday prior).
- Between 24 to 48 business hours (i.e., excluding weekends) notice prior to scheduled appointment = 50% consultation fee (e.g., a 9:30am Monday appointment cancelled after 9:30am the Thursday prior, but before 9:30am the Friday prior).
* Cancellation costs are automatically charged to your credit card on file and cannot be claimed from Medicare (due to non-attendance).
