Telehealth Appointments
All appointments listed on the portal can be attended via Telehealth. Simply book a time that suits you, and let us know when we contact you that you’d like your session to be online.
Availability
We currently have openings for new clients at our Cheltenham and Hawthorn clinics, as well as Telehealth sessions Australia-wide.
We also have capacity for Psycho-educational Assessments at both Cheltenham and Hawthorn.
Most clinicians’ availability can be viewed here on the portal. However, if you can’t find a time that works, or if you’d like to see a specific clinician, please reach out to us directly — we may still be able to accommodate you.
Please note: *We do not conduct firearms assessments or provide letters in support of firearms applications*
Existing Clients
If you’re already a client, please give us a call to book. Many of our clinicians reserve appointment times for existing clients that won’t appear on the portal.
For New Clients
After booking through the portal, you’ll receive a confirmation email with links to our online intake forms. Please complete these prior to your first appointment.

We encourage you to read our fees page prior to booking, to understand session costs and the rebates that may apply.
