If you are a new client you must call us to make a booking, and we lovingly will assist and guide you through our system.
If your preferred therapist is forward booked in advance, please don’t be discouraged. All of our team members have been specifically chosen for their excellent skills. You will receive the most exquisite massage experience from any one of them.
We absolutely recommend that you think about a forward wellness plan for yourself. So you can plan ahead and get your fave therapist at your preferred time. We have a lot of regular clients doing this- and have booked their forward wellness plan in for the year.
We have a courtesy automatic text service that will be sent out 3 days prior for your booking.
It is essential you send back a YES or NO, TO CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING when you receive this text.
Any other message typed into your automatic text message will not be registered.

Bodyriches has a 24 hr cancellation policy. Please keep this in mind as we do like to support our clients and our therapists with this policy. A full treatment cost will be applied, if cancelling under this time frame.
If you are a pregnant client, we do not massage in the first trimester. Once you are 12 weeks pregnant then we totally recommend you have a wonderful massage treatment with us. As we do specialise in Pregnancy massage.
If you are booking a beautiful spa service please text and or write us a note, so we can pre prepare this service for you in advance .
For all booked appointments in December, we are requiring a full pre-payment. As do Public Holiday bookings.
