WELCOME to the Free2Move Client Portal, where you can easily book and pay for your appointments in advance. Here you'll also find a list of your upcoming appointments and all your past receipts for private health claiming. You may now also view your online forms.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 48 hours notice is required to cancel appointments or a 50% fee is charged. You can easily cancel via the client portal, but you'll need to ask us to re-book your appointment and apply your payment, because our software provider doesn't currently allow you to do this yourself. There is a $10 admin fee to manually reschedule. Should you cancel an appointment and request a refund, the credit card fee that we are charged will be deducted. Thank you for your understanding!
