Registering as a New Client:
If you are a new client (ie. have never had an appointment here before) please Click Log in & then Click Register Here. Follow the steps to set up your Client Portal login to be able to book your first appointment.
Logging in as an Existing Client:
If you are an existing client of Unique Support Services (i.e. have had appointments before) but haven't yet used the Client Portal, you need to select the 'Click here to reset your password' option to create a password to be able to log in. Fill out the form, ensuring that you use the same first and last name, email address, and phone number you provided to your practitioner when you started seeing them. Follow the steps to set up your Client Portal login to be able to book your first appointment.
