First time clients, your appointment will be a minimum of 50 minutes - this allows us to understand your circumstances, adequately assess your needs, and provide direction for your treatment. Please send through any relevant information, and a brief summary of the reason for booking into see us. Our email is paddy@pbperformancehealth.com.au if you require to send through any scans or related material.
Our clinic has access to HiCaps on site for private health, and Medicare claiming.
Note: if you are covered under any insurance agencies such as NDIS / WorkSafe / TAC / DVA / Medicare - please book under 'Initial Exercise Physiology'. For all WorkSafe / TAC / DVA / Medicare clients, you will require approval of session prior to booking in with us.
Please ensure that you complete relevant forms prior to attending your appointment.
