*Consultations requiring a deposit, such as New Client Appointments, may be rescheduled within an 6 week period, however, all deposits are non-refundable.
*Phone calls and emails discussing detailed health issues will be treated as billable consultations and charged at the applicable rate.

We wish to advise that our consultation fees will increase effective from 1 April 2026. This is our first fee adjustment in a number of years. Like many healthcare providers, we have absorbed rising operational costs for staff, utilities, medical supplies, and compliance requirements without passing them on to patients. To continue delivering the high-quality, personalised care you expect and deserve, this modest increase has become necessary.
