**** GENERAL BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS *****
In order to keep the booking process simple, the online booking portal, is used for scheduling appointment times ONLY and not for selecting billable services. Our admin team will apply the standard billing setup for your appointment. The following 3 service options are available:
1. New Client - Free 10 minute phone call
2. Current Clients - Counselling In-person
3. Current Clients - Counselling telehealth

NEW CLIENT INFORMATION
Please note that our client portal is open to new clients to book a FREE 10 minute intake call. This call aims to answer any questions, or help match new clients to a suitable practitioner with the best skills, availability and discover the most appropriate affordability.
CURRENT CLIENT INFORMATION
Current clients accessing the client online booking portal can ONLY have access to their default practitioner and book up to 3 months in advance.
Please book via reception in any of the following circumstances
- If you are currently seeing multiple practitioners, you can only schedule an appointment with your primary practitioner.
- If you have recently changed counsellors or your default practitioner is incorrect, please contact reception to have this updated.
- If you are wanting to change practitioners for any reason, this can not be actioned via the online booking portal.
