The online portal is the fastest and most effective way to manage bookings. Utilizing the booking portal means finding the best time that suits you.
LOCATION
Our Psychologists are located in Prahran, Fitzroy and Online. Our Psychologists in Brisbane are currently only accepting online appointments.
NEW CLIENTS
We require an initial non-refundable $50 deposit for your booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be allocated towards your total session fee. Once your online booking is made, our receptionist will follow up with you to confirm your booking.
IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS
Our receptionist at the clinic operates off-site. Once you book your appointment, you will receive an email with forms to complete before your appointment. Please ensure you complete all the relevant information before your appointment.
TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENTS
You will receive an email once you book your telehealth appointment with instructions on connecting to your therapist. You will receive a link to connect with your psychologist on the day of your appointment.
FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS
When booking follow-up appointments, a $50 deposit will need to be made. The deposit will be allocated towards your session fee.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULES
Once you have registered with our online portal, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment online. If you decide to change your appointment, please do so at least 2 days before your appointment; otherwise, cancellation charges will be applied.
