MHCP and GP Referrals - we will process your payment and rebate at the beginning of the session, unless you prefer to visit Services Australia with your receipt.
Invoice payment is required 48 hrs prior to your first appointment. The appointment space is not secured until payment has been processed.
Need to cancel or reschedule - you can do this without cancellation fee up to 24 hours before the appointment start time. Do this here in the portal.
