Welcome to the Wise Institute client portal! This portal allows our existing clients to update credit card details, book or reschedule appointments, view your past and upcoming appointments, access and print receipts, and securely pay for appointments for yourself or a family member.

If you are an existing client, you are already set up in our practice management system and the portal is ready for you to use.

Here are the steps for existing clients:
- click the Login button in the top right hand corner of this page
- enter your email and
- "Click here to reset your password” and use the email address that we have in the system.
- enter your details and create a password for yourself
- a verification code will be sent to your email

You are now good to go!

You are able to book regular and Teams appointments through the portal. If you have a new GP Mental Health Care plan, would prefer a phone session, or a short consultation then please book the standard consult to secure the time and add this information to the "Notes" under that booking.

If the days/times that suit you for an appointment are not listed as an option, please contact Reception by replying to your most recent text from us with your preferred availability. We will place you on the cancellation list so we can reach out if the timeslot becomes available. This will help us offer appointments to you that best suit your schedule.
