This is a booking portal where all appointments can be made and managed.
Once a booking has been confirmed an email will be sent to you with the details of the appointment. A follow up reminder email will be sent in a week, and 48 hours before the appointment. Please note if an appointment needs to be rescheduled please contact us as soon as possible, full payment of the appointment is applied for non-attendance or notification of cancellation less than 48 hours before appointment time.
For all private fee appointments; if this is the first appointment please book a "Parent only intake meeting" this is the first step in the therapeutic journey. For clients with a NDIS plan please book all appointments as either an NDIS under 9 or over 9 years appointment. Please contact us with any questions.
We kindly ask if a child or family member has experienced covid/flu/cold symptoms or tests positive to covid-19, please book an online telehealth appointment. Our terms and conditions are made available upon booking.

77 Holmes Street, Brunswick Victoria 3056. On: Wednesdays 9:30AM – 5:00PM (Waitlist is currently in place for Monday)
Please note The Playful Therapist no longer consults from Ashburton
🟢 The Playful Therapist is taking planned annual leave until Wednesday the 21st of January 2026, and will tend to all enquiries upon our return.
