Welcome to Seaglass Psychology. Please use this online booking system to schedule appointments, check your future appointments, view invoices, and cancel or reschedule appointments when needed.
New clients - please reach out to us by email at admin@seaglasspsychology.com.au or over the phone on 0401 375 994 so that we can have a chat about the clinic and schedule your first appt. After that, you will be able to manage your further appts using this online portal.
Cancellation Policy: Seaglass Psychology charges a cancellation fee for any appointments cancelled within 24 hours. The cancellation fee is the full cost of the appointment, and it is not possible to claim a medicare rebate for a cancelled appointment. Please try to let us know with more than 24 hours notice if you need to cancel so that you can avoid the fee, and so that we can offer your appointment time to other clients. Seaglass Psychology will always allow you to change your appointment to Telehealth to help you attend rather than cancel.
