Instructions:
Logging in as an Existing Client If you are an existing client of the business (i.e. have had appointments before) but haven't yet used the Client Portal you need to select the 'Click here to reset your password' option to create a password to be able to log in.
Fill out the form, ensuring that you use the same first and last name, email address, and phone number you provided to your practitioner when you started seeing them. Select a password and confirm it (which must be a minimum of 6 characters).
Click Get Verification Code which will either be sent via SMS or Email and enter the code. You can now log in with your email address and password to book appointments.
Registering as a New Client:
If you are a new client (ie. have never had an appointment here before) please follow the below steps to set up your Client Portal login to be able to book your first appointment.
Click Login. Click Register Here.
Fill out the registration form and click Get Verification Code, which will either be sent via SMS or Email.
Enter the four-digit code that was sent and complete the registration. You can now log in with your email address and password to book appointments.
