When creating an account, please ensure you enter the details of the person participating in counselling sessions below as their name will show up on our booking system and invoices. This is important if they are NDIS funded or a child to ensure we have the correct details. If the young person doesn’t have contact details, please use the details of the guardian or parent who will be receiving communication about appointments and forms to sign.
