Exisiting clients please note that appointments book out in advance. It is highly recommended that you book a minimum of 3-6 sessions in advance depending on typical frequency. This is especially important if you require certain times/days for your sessions.
If you cannot find a time that suits you online, please don't hesitate to get in touch via phone or email to arrange your appointment. Eleanor also has a cancelation list, so last minute appointments may become available.
PARKING: Metered on-street parking is available on Trafalgar Street. Limited visitor parking is available in the Trafalgar Lane multi- story carpark accessed via Trafalgar St. Please allow plenty of time to park prior to your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS: Sessions cancelled within 24hours of appointment time, or appointment non-attendance will result in a $100 cancellation fee.
No-show to appointment will incur full session fee of $270.
Cancellation fees are not eligible for medicare or health fund rebates.
REFERRALS: If you have a referral or a mental healthcare plan from your GP, please ensure you bring this to your appointment so that appropriate rebate can be processed.
