I'm so glad you're interested in booking in with me. I feel honoured to be considered as part of your journey.
You have a couple of options for getting started.
1. If you feel comfortable to go ahead and book your first session, please feel free to find a session slot that works for you and book it in.
2. If you still have some questions, or you aren't entirely sure yet, you have the option to book a FREE 15-Minute "Get-To-Know-Me" phone call. This is an opportunity to ask any questions you may have and allows both of us to see if we would be a good fit for each other. If you're happy at the end of the call then I can manually book you in for an initial session.
