I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. Taking the step to reach out for support can feel big and sometimes a little overwhelming, so I want to start by saying — you’re in the right place. This portal is your safe space to pause, breathe, and begin exploring what you need. Whether you’re here because life feels heavy, you’re navigating changes, or you simply want a space that’s just for you, know that you are warmly welcomed.

Before booking, you have a few options to get started:

1. You can choose to book a free 15-minute phone call if you’d like a quick chat, to ask questions, or to simply get a feel for how I work.
2. You can go ahead and book an initial session directly. You can opt for either an online session via Zoom, or an in-person session in Goulburn, NSW.
3. I also have options for shorter sessions if 50 minutes feels like too much right now.

If you can't find a slot that works for you, please reach out to me via email: claire@oaksteadtherapy.com and I will do the best I can to accommodate!

Financial barrier?
Please reach out to me directly via email (claire@oaksteadtherapy.com) or book a 15-min chat and we can discuss options for you. I have a few low cost spots open at a time and never want a financial barrier to be the reason someone can't access my services.
