From this homepage, you can manage all aspects of your appointments, including booking, rescheduling, and cancelling sessions.
If you are attending sessions via telehealth, your video link will be available through your profile.
You will also see a Forms Folder. This folder will contain your intake and consent forms, which must be completed before your first session. These forms will be uploaded a few days after you first register on the portal.
