To Register your details, please click the “Login” Button on the Top Right corner of the screen and choose option “Register Here”.
If you have already Registered, please click the “Login” Button on the Top Right Corner of the screen and enter your login and password.
This portal allows you to:
• Book an Appointment (Initial Consultation, Planning and Assessment, and Therapy Sessions)
• Book a Group Class (For Clients that wish to advance their Biofeedback skills)
• View booked appointments and historic Invoices.
• View and update Forms, as requested by your therapist.
Please remember the Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
• Cancellations/reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a full appointment fee charge.
• In cases of a no-show, the full appointment fee will also be charged.
