For existing clients: LOG IN to manage your appointments, view invoices, and check upcoming bookings.
New Clients: Booking your first appointment is simple with just three easy steps:
1. Register Your Details – Visit our homepage to register. We’ll create your account and connect you to the right service. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive an email with instructions, a unique video link, and a digital intake form to complete.
2. Complete the Intake Form – Follow the prompts in the email to fill out the digital intake form. This is where you’ll securely upload your referral (if needed), give consent for the service, and learn more about the service you’re interested in.
3. Book Your Appointment – Finalise your Client Portal account by logging in with the username provided in the email and resetting your password. Once logged in, you can easily manage and schedule your appointments at your convenience.
