5. Select preferred clinician, date and time from the options available

* Only book with your current treating clinician
* To cancel/reschedule an appointment, the fastest way is to use this portal. If within the 4-business days of appt. you will not be able to cancel. In this case, text back to the M&H appt. reminder and request a cancellation although fees may apply.
* If your desired times are not available email info@mindsandhearts.net with your preferred times and we may be able to place you on that clinician's waiting list.
