Bookings & Cancellations
- Appointments: No deposit is required at the time of booking. However, we reserve the right to request pre-payment prior to treatment.
- Rescheduling: More than 24 hours’ notice incurs no fee; and reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% fee.
- Cancellations: Less than 24 hours’ notice incur a 50% fee; and cancellations with less than 4 hours’ notice incur a 100% fee.
- No Shows: Non-attendance will be charged at 100% of the fee. Future bookings may be restricted until outstanding balances are settled.
- Late Arrival: Late attendance may reduce your treatment time; however, the full fee still applies.
