We care about our clients and want to make sure this is a good fit for you. Therefore your first appointment will NOT be confirmed until you have completed the intake form and received a brief phone call from the psychologist to assess suitability. When your appointment is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email.
If you are booking a returning session this will be confirmed through the portal and via email.
All sessions are 50 minutes. Initial session fees are $230. Follow up session fees are $215. We have a 24 hour cancellation period. If you cancel or reschedule outside the 24 hour time period you will incur no fee. If you cancel or reschedule within the 24 hour time period, then you will incur a full session cancellation fee of $215. Please note- if your appointment is on a Monday you MUST cancel or reschedule on the Friday prior.
