EXISTING CLIENTS If you are an existing client accessing the client portal for the first time, please follow the below steps to register your account: 1. Click on the 'login' button on the client portal home page and select the 'click here to reset your password' option. 2. Fill out the form, ensuring that you use the same details that you provided to Life Matters upon booking your initial appointment. 3. Select a password (minimum 6 characters) and confirm it. 4. Enter the SMS verification code that will be sent to the mobile number that we have on file. Your account should now be accessible to book, view and manage your appointments!
