If you are trying to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time, you will need to contact our administration team at team@kiinhealth.com.au and you may be required to pay the cancellation fee. Less than 48 hours' notice is 50% of the standard fee; less than 24 hours' notice is 100% of the standard fee.
If there are no times available, the clinician is full. Please email team@kiinhealth.com.au to join the waitlist.
