Booking instructions
I am located at 77 Meadow St, Tarrawanna NSW.
If it is your first appointment with me or has been longer than 12 months since your last treatment, please select "Initial Consultation and Treatment". For all following appointments, select "Subsequent".
If you have booked an INITIAL appointment (first time), you will receive an email welcoming you to the clinic and containing links to complete an online CONSENT FORM and HEALTH EVALUATION FORM. Please complete these as soon as you can so I can review your information before your appointment.
Pregnancy (birth prep) patients - I recommend weekly treatments from 37 weeks - please secure these appointments early as I can sometimes be booked out for 3 weeks in advance. You can book your 'Subsequent' appointments at the same time as your Initial.
