Please ensure your appointment time and date carefully before arriving.
If you do not receive an email reminder 24 hours beforehand, you probably do not have an appointment booked. Please check your junk/spam folder.
Please respond to the reminder email with whether you are attending or wish to cancel.
If you are a new client please complete the online intake form and/or Dry needling consent before attending.
Please park behind the suzuki car on the left-hand side of the driveway if you are not able to find a park elsewhere.
New Clients who book online are required to pay a small deposit for their booking. If you can't use a credit card please contact me directly to book.
The deposit is non-refundable if the client "no shows" or less than 12 hours' notice is given for cancellation.

Instructions for Redeeming an Online Gift Voucher
If you have been gifted an online voucher, please follow these steps when booking your appointment:
Choose the appointment type you would like and book it under
“Returning Client.”
(Even if you are a new client, please select Returning Client for voucher bookings.)
In the Notes section of your booking, please include:
The amount you would like to redeem from your voucher for this session
Your gift voucher code
Example:
“Redeeming $50 from voucher code: GV-12345”
Bring your voucher or digital code to your appointment so it can be confirmed at the time of payment.
