Registering for the Client Portal * Existing Client of Practice (new portal user) - Select 'Click here to reset your password' option to create a password to be able to log in.
New Clients to Practice (never seen a practitioner at Revive) - 'Click Register Here' and fill out the registration form.
If you are a new client, please book four (4) future appointments to avoid long delays between sessions.
If you are booking an appointment for another person, please register with the name of the person who is coming to see a health professional and add your details in the notes section of the appointment, if you would like to be added as a contact.
