Initial bookings:
Once you have booked your appointment we will give you a call to finalise your booking (next business day if booked out of hours).
EAP clients - Please enter the name of our company so that you do not incur any fees for the service (we must verify you work for a company/organisation that uses our EAP service). EAP clients also do not need to pay upfront. EAP Sessions are only for individual sessions.
For Private + GP Mental health plan referrals, please pay at the time of your booking. You can book multiple sessions but you always need to have an advance payment ONLY for one session ahead.
You will also receive a welcome email with your booking details. Please fill out both forms so that you can proceed with our service. These are generic and for all clients to complete.
When we call you, we will:
- Provide you with extra information that is relevant to your circumstances.
- Answer any further questions you may have
- Book further appointments for you if you would like.
