PLEASE NOTE: A new psychologist (Jake) is joining the team in August. He will be working 5 days (Tues to Sat), offering some after hours appointments, and he has no waitlist. You can book with him on the portal here the same as you would with Dr Nick.
This client portal allows you to book an appointment, view your invoices, and see any upcoming appointments you have booked.
If necessary you can cancel an appointment too, however, please remember that the following cancellation policy applies:
Greater than 48 hours notice: No fee
24 – 48 hours notice: 50% of fee
0 – 24 hours notice: 100% of fee
From Jan 2026 all payments will be processed automatically by card on the day of your appointment, with a 2% surcharge applied to all transactions. Card details are securely stored and encrypted through Stripe.
